VEGETABLE BREAKFAST QUESADILLA

hopped veggies, eggs,a nd cheese combine in a simple quesadilla that is ready in just 10 minutes!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:  Mushroom, onion, bell pepper, eggs, salt, black pepper, butter, shredded cheese, and flour tortilla. 

Cook the vegetables until tender, then remove from the pan. 

Whisk the eggs and pour into the skillet and scramble, then top with 1/2 the cheese.

Top the egg and cheese with a flour tortilla, then carefully flip it over so the tortilla is on the bottom.  Top with veggies and the rest of the cheese then brown.

This is a great breakfast that is easy to make and loaded with flavor.  Add in any breakfast protein or leave with just veggies!
