INGREDIENTS

8 tbsp butter 1 cup water 1 tsp vanilla 4 eggs 1 cup flour 1 pint heavy cream 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding Milk

STEP 1

In a large saucepan, heat the butter, water, and vanilla to a boil. Add the flour and beat until a dough forms then remove from heat to cool.

STEP 2

Once cooled, beat in eggs one at a time until a smooth dough forms.

STEP 3

Pour dough into piping bag and then form rounds on prepared baking pan as directed. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes until golden and risen.

STEP 4

While puffs cool, whip together the pudding mix, milk, and cream to create custard.  Then slice puffs in half and fill with cream custard before topping with other half.

STEP 5

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
