INGREDIENTS Chicken breasts Honey Mustard seeds Olive oil Garlic Dijon mustard Bacon Lettuce Tomato Corn Avocado Red onion Salt & Pepper

Whisk together the marinade ingredients and divide into two portions.  Add one portion over chicken breasts in large bowl or Ziploc bag and marinade for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cook chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through to 165F internally.

Whisk 2 tbsp water into remaining dressing then layer salad greens, with toppings, and sliced chicken.  Drizzle over dressing and serve.
