The perfect appetizer or main dish, this tasty meatball is stuffed with cheese then wrapped in onion and bacon for great flavor!
INGREDIENTS; Ground beef Eggs Salt Black pepper Fresh parsley Onion Bacon
You can add additional herbs or spices to the ground beef for more flavor if desired.
Combine the beef, salt, pepper, eggs, and parsley then form into patties. Top each patty with cheese then roll meat over the top to form a meatball.
Cut the top and bottom of an onion, then divide the layers. Wrap each meatball inside an onion as shown.
Wrap each meatball in two pieces of bacon then secure with a skewer or toothpick. Bake for 30 minutes or until they have reached an internal temperature of 160F.
