INGREDIENTS Mushrooms Eggs Flour Breadcrumbs Parmesan cheese Salt Black pepper Garlic powder Herbs de Provence Paprika

Clean and pat dry the mushrooms.  Using 3 shallow bowls, whisk eggs in one, add flour to the second, and then mix together the breadcrumbs and seasonings into the last.

Dredge the mushrooms in flour first, then dip into the egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.

Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 450F for 12 to 15 minutes until crispy.
