INGREDIENTS Olive oil Garlic Spinach Artichoke hearts Parmesan Mozzarella Cream cheese Sour cream Salt Black pepper

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat then cook garlic for 30-seconds until aromatic. 

Add spinach and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until wilted.  Next, add in the chopped artichoke hearts and stir to combine.  

Add the mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup of mozzarella, and parmesan.  Stir then season with salt and pepper. 

Pour into baking dish and top with remaining cheese then broil for 7 minutes. Serve with chips or crackers.
