APPLE CHEESECAKE BLONDIES

Layers of rich brown butter blondie topped with nobake cheesecake and apples in each bite!

IINGREDIENTS NEEDED:  Unsalted butter, brown sugar, salt, eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cinnamon, apples, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and heay cream

Slowly cook butter over low heat until melted and browning.  Then, stir in the sugar to form a paste that is thick. 

Then whisk the eggs into the butter and sugar, one at a time.  Once combined, stir in the vanilla extract. 

Sift the dty ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture.  Stir this together until the batter forms,

Stir in the chopped apples then spread the mixture into the lined baking dish.  Bake as directed, then set aside to cool completely. 

Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Then add in homemade whipped cream and vnailla to combine.

Once the blondies cool, spread the no-bake cheesecake on top and refrigerate for 4 hours.  Slice and drizzle the tops with caramel before serving. 

Keep the blondies refrigerated until time to serve.  These are a delicious fall treat that is perfect with your favorite apple cider or holiday latte.
