INGREDIENTS Cream cheese Sugar Eggs Heavy cream Salt Vanilla extract All-purpose flour
PREP TIME: 15 minutes COOK TIME: 1 hour REST TIME: 8 hours
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar and beat on medium speed until creamed completely.
Then, add the eggs to the batter, one at a time, mixing between each addition until all combined and thoroughly mixed.
To the batter, you will then add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until just combined again.
Lastly, sift in the flour and fold into the mixture until just combined. Now your batter is ready to bake!
Pour the batter into a prepared and lined spring form pan, then bake at 400F for 1 hour. Remove and let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 8 hours.
Serve this cheesecake alone or topped with freshly whipped cream and strawberries for a decadent end to any meal.
