Melt the butter then whisk with the garlic, paprika, parsley, and red chili flakes.
Use kitchen shears to cut through the top of the lobster tail cutting the shell in half but leaving the meat intact.
Flip the tail over and cut through the bottom to release the meat.
Carefully separate the meat from the shell and pull it over to sit on top of the shell. Brush with butter mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
