INGREDIENTS; Ground beef Onions Taco seasoning Rice Tomato sauce Beef broth Corn Salsa Shredded cheese
In a large skillet, cook the ground met until browned. Then add in the red onions and taco seasoning and cook until onions are softened.
Add the tomato sauce, broth, salsa, and corn to the skillet then bring to a boil over medium heat. Add in the rice, reduce the heat, and simmer until cooked through.
Top the skillet with shredded cheese and let stand for 5 minutes until melted. Serve with your favorite taco toppings and sides.
