INGREDIENTS

Olive oil Chicken breasts Salt Black pepper Taco seasoning Garlic Enchilada sauce Flour tortillas Cheese

STEP 1

Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and season with garlic, salt, pepper, and taco seasoning until all pieces are coated.

STEP 2

Heat oil in a large skillet and saute chicken until cooked through and browned on all sides.  Add enchilada sauce and stir to combine.

STEP 3

In a clean pan, place a tortilla then layer with chicken and cheese.  Top with a second tortilla and brown on both sides.

STEP 4

Cut into 4 pieces and top with diced green onions, sour cream, salsa, and other favorite toppings!
