TWICE BAKED CHEESY POTATOES

These tasty potatoes stuffed into a crisp potato skin are the perfect side dish for every meal!

INGREDIENTS:  Russet potatoes Bacon Butter Sour cream Cream cheese Cheddar Salt Black pepper Paprika

Bake potatoes then slice in half lengthwise and scoop out the middle.  Put the potato middles into a bowl and place the skins back onto the baking sheet.

Add the cream cheese, sour cream, half the cheese, the cooked bacon, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the potatoes.  Scoop into shells and top with cheese then bake.

Bake for an additional 10-minutes or until the cheese is melted then sprinkle with green onions before serving.
