This easy wrap idea is ready in minutes and perfect for on-the-go lunches!
INGREDIENTS Chicken breast Flour Egg Cornflakes Cheese Jalapeno dip Avocado Bacon Tomato Red onion
Use any of your favorite proteins in this wrap!
Dredge the chicken in flour, then egg, then cornflakes and cook in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes per side then set aside for 5 minutes before slicing.
Place cheese on 1/4 of the tortilla, sauce and chicken on the next 1/4, avocado and bacon on 1/4, then tomato and onion on the final 1/4 before folding into a triangle.
Cook in a sandwich press or skillet for 2-3 minutes until the sides are golden and the cheese is melted. Serve with additional dipping sauce if desired.
