Chicken legs Soy sauce Oyster sauce Cajun seasoning White wine Cornstarch/Flour Eggs Breadcrumbs Oil for frying
STEP 1: Prepare the chicken lollipops as directed.
STEP 2: In a bowl, add the chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, wine, and Cajun seasoning then marinade for 20 minutes.
Dredge the chicken in flour, eggs, then breadcrumbs then fry upright for 5 minutes before laying fully into the oil to cook another 5 minutes.
