Oreo cookies Unsalted butter Cream cheese Sugar Brown sugar Cocoa powder Salt Eggs Semi-sweet chocolate Heavy cream
Cream together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in cocoa powder, salt, and eggs, one at a time.
Prepare cookie crust. Melt chocolate and fold into cheesecake batter.
Pour batter into the springform pan then add to water bath and bake as directed. Cool then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight before serving.
Prepare chocolate ganache and pour over chilled cheesecake before serving.
