INGREDIENTS Yeast Sugar Brown sugar Vegetable oil Salt Bread flour All-purpose flour Water Baking soda Butter Cinnamon

Combine water, sugar, and yeast then set aside to allow it to bloom.  To the yeast mixture add the remaining sugars, oil, salt, and then slowly add in the flours.  Knead until smooth. 

Cover the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and allow it to double in size.

Punch down the dough and cut into 6 portions.

Roll each section into a log then cut into 1 1/4" pieces.

Dip the raw dough into a baking soda mixture before baking until golden brown.  Toss in butter and cinnamon sugar.
