Dig into your favorite take-out sadwich in an easy handheld eggroll! WIth a delicious homemade special sauce!
INGREDIENTS Ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, American cheese, onion, pickles, egg roll wrappers.
To prepare the filling, you will cook ground meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until no longer pink. Then set this aside to assemble the eggrolls.
Place a slice of cheese on the center of the wrapper. Top this with a spoon of meat, and a sprinkle of both pickle and d onion. Then, fold the sides over and roll to for m the eggroll.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet and then brush the tops with oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden brown and crisp.
While the eggrolls bake, mix together mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, and vinegar to make the special sauce. Set this aside for dipping.
