INGREDIENTS Olive oil Carrots Onion Broccoli Cauliflower Chicken broth Heavy cream Cheddar cheese Salt Black pepper
Saute onions and carrots for 2 to 3 minutes until onion is translucent.
Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
Add broccoli, cauliflower, and chicken broth then cook for 20 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and cheese until cheese has melted Remove from heat and use an immersion blender to puree to desired consistency before serving.
