Add additional vegetables or protein to add bulk to this recipe.
Peas & Carrots
Heat sesame oil in large skillet and saute ground chicken until cooked, then set aside. Into the same skillet, add the garlic, peas, and carrots and stir cooking another 2 to 3 minutes.
To the vegetables, add the eggs and scramble, stirring together and cooking an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in the rice and soy sauce until well combined, then add the protein and stir to continue cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.
