Make these breakfast sandwiches ahead of time for an easy "on the go" breakfast!
Adjust with different breakfast meats or cheese if desired!
In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk the egg with salt and pepper then pour into the hot pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring, until done.
Prepare the sausage by cooking for 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through and browned. Set aside to drain on paper towels before assembling.
Assemble the breakfast sandwiches with eggs, sausage, and cheese. Then pop into the oven for 6 to 8 minutes until heated through with melted cheese!
