INGREDIENTS Cherry preserves Sugar Orange juice & zest Cranberries Blueberries Butter Vanilla Flour Baking powder Salt Milk Egg Cream cheese Powdered sugar

Create berry compote and set aside to cool.  Beat together the butter, sugar, orange zest, and vanilla until creamy.

Whisk together the flour mixture and then add into the creamy butter mixture until just combined. 

Beat the egg whites to peaks and then fold into batter.  Divide among cake pans and bake until cooked through as directed. 

Allow the cakes to cool, then layer with compote and frosting between each layer, finishing with 1 cup of compote and extra orange zest on top. Chill then serve.
