Make this creamy mac and cheese in no time! No oven needed for a creamy mixture of shells, cheese, and bacon!
INGREDIENTS Pasta, bacon, butter, flour, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk or cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook the bacon, then set it aside and into the same skillet add butter and flour to start your roux. Stir until it is combined.
Add in the cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then stir in the cheeses one at a time. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and whatever other cheese you prefer.
Once the sauce has thickened, stir in the bacon and pasta. Taste and add additional salt and black pepper if desired before serving hot.
