The Ultimate Ham Salad

Using leftover Easter ham! 

CELERY

MUSTARD

RED ONION

HAM

MAYO

PARSLEY

BLACK PEPPER

RELISH

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.  Taste and add additional black pepper if needed.

Refrigerate leftovers or up to 5 days in an airtight container. 

Serve on toasted bread, croissant, or with a favorite cracker.
