SCRAMBLED CHEFS
A rich and creamy dip filled with flavor, that is easy to make and ideal for sharing at parties or events!
1 tbsp olive oil 1 lb. Italian sausage 4 oz. cream cheese 15 oz stewed tomatoes Serve with your choice of chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.

substitute the italian sausage for breakfast sausage or even a spicy sausage if desired.
Heat olive oil over medium heat and add in the sausage (out of casings), and cook 7 to 8 minutes.
Stir regularly breaking up the sausage until it is cooked through and no longer pink.
Once the sausage has cooked, add in the cream cheese and stewed tomatoes.
Add the cheese and tomato:
Stir this together until combined and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
Serve the hot dip with tortilla chips, potato chips, crackers, or sliced raw vegetables for dipping!
