INGREDIENTS Chicken breasts Salt Pepper Garlic powder Paprika Oregano Chili powder Cayenne Cream cheese Mozzarella Hot sauce Oil for frying

Mix the chicken with cheese and hot sauce, then scoop 2 tablespoons onto the center of an eggroll wrapper. 

Carefully roll the eggroll wrapper away from yourself tucking under the filling and folding the edges over until sealed. 

Fry for 4 to 5 minutes per side until crispy and golden.  Then drain and serve with ranch or blue cheese!
