Seasoned buttermilk fried chicken tenders are tossed in tasty buffalo sauce and served with classic homemade ranch!
INGREDIENTS: Seasoned flour Chicken tenderloins or pieces Buttermilk Egg Garlic powder & black pepper Buffalo sauce Butter VInegar
Whisk the buttermilk with egg and spices. Then whisk together the flour with spices to season. Now, dip chicken first in the milk, then in the flour. Repeat for a 2nd dip in each.
Now, place all of the dredged chicken tenders onto a wire rack and let them sit for 10-minutes before cooking. While they rest, heat frying oil in a deep skillet.
Once the oil is hot, place the chicken into the oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until cooked through nd browned.
Whisk together the melted butter, buffalo sauce, and vinegar then toss the cooked chicken in the sauce before serving.
If desired, whisk up the easy homemade ranch using mayonnaise, sour cream, and a variety of spices with a bit of buttermilk until creamy.
Serve buffalo chicken tenders with ranch dressing or blue cheese for dipping and/or fresh celery sticks.
