Chicken Legs Chicken Thighs Baking powder Salt
Black pepper Garlic powder Paprika
Pat dry the chicken legs and thighs.
Place the chicken onto a wire rack over a baking sheet.
Whisk together the baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Season both sides of the chicken pieces generously, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 160°F. Let stand 10-minutes before serving.
