INGREDIENTS NEEDED: – 4 tablespoons olive oil (60ml) – 16 dumpling wrappers – 3 green onions, chopped – 1 teaspoon salt (6g) Sesame seeds if desired
Roll out a dumpling wrapper and sprinkle water on top. Then sprinkle with sliced green onions and roll those into the dough.
Then add the dumpling chips to a skillet of hot oil and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute per side, just until bubbling and crisp.
These are perfect when dipped into Greek yogurt or sour cream. You can season with additional spices or add sesame seeds for texture if you prefer.
