This simple sushi style appetizer is a great choice for anyone who loves salmon!
– 4 cups cooked white rice – 2 cups sushi-grade salmon – 2 tablespoons mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon soy sauce

THIS IS A PERFECT DISH FOR THOSE WHO LOVE SALMON SUSHI OR SASHIMI
Cook sticky rice as normal, yielding 4 cups cooked.
Then, spread the rice into a baking dish and press down evenly. Refrigerate for 30-minutes.
Now you will chop the salmon into tiny pieces.
In a bowl, mix the sushi with mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and soy sauce. Stir together until the salmon is coated.
Cut the cold rice into squares and fry for 2 to 3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Assemble the bites with rice square, sushi, then garnishes.
Serve this with soy for dipping. Add on pickled ginger or wasabi for a touch of heat if desired.
