INGREDIENTS Potatoes Garlic Salt Black pepper Chicken broth Heavy cream Unsalted butter

Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into 1-2" pieces.  Smash the garlic cloves to release oils. 

Add the potatoes, garlic, salt, black pepper, and broth to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high heat for 2 hours. 

Mash the potatoes until mostly smooth, then add in the melted butter and warmed cream.  Stir to combine and let sit 15 minutes before serving.
