A fast and easy light snack with tons of protein and flavor in every bite!
PREP TIME 20 minutes
1 cucumber 1 oz smoked salmon 1 tbsp fresh parsley 1 tsp black sesame seeds 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEP 1: Carefully peel or slice thin strips of cucumber.
STEP 2: Lay the slices on each other slightly overlapping then spread the top with sour cream.
Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the sour cream and then lay smoked salmon on top in an even layer.
STEP 3: Carefully roll away from yourself tucking in the fillings as you go.
STEP 4: Slice into 4 to 6 rolls.
Hold the rolls together with a toothpick then sprinkle the top with black and white sesame seeds or everything but the bagel seasoning.
