Boil eggs as preferred. Peel and slice in half.  Place the yolk into a bowl and set aside. 

Add food dye to water in shallow bowls, then place the yolk halves into the bowls for 10 minutes. 

Remove the eggs white halves and place on paper towels to dry for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

Fill a piping bag with the egg yolk mixture and pipe into the open cavities of the egg white.
