A delicious blend of roasted eggplant and Tahini is the ideal addition to your Mediterranean inspired menu!

INGREDIENTS Eggplant Garlic Tahini Lemon juice Salt Pepper Paprika Parsley Olive oil

Slice and roast eggplant for 35 minutes until softened.  Scoop out the flesh, and blend with tahini, lemon juice, spices, and a bit of olive oil. 

Making homemade baba ganoush is super easy!  A 3 step process with minimal ingredients gives you a rich dip that is delicious with vegetables or pita!
