Butter Olive oil Onions Mushrooms Tomatoes Garlic
Pasta Tomato paste Salt Black pepper Italian herbs Cheese Olives
Saute onions & mushrooms until softened and browned.
Stir in garlic and tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
Whisk together water and tomato sauce. Add pasta, tomato sauce, and herbs to the pot and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
Stir in olives and cheese just before serving. Top with chopped parsley if desired!
