INGREDIENTS: Strawberries Sugar Lemon juice Lemon zest
Place the sliced berries into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until boiling. Stir regularly to prevent the sugar from burning.
When it begins boiling, add in the lemon juice and zest then continue boiling for 15 minutes, stirring regularly. Boil until it reaches 220°F.
Remove from heat and allow the jam to cool before pouring into jars to store. Can be refrigerated for up to two weeks.
