Beat the egg with salt and pepper then heat butter in a small skillet and cook the egg, stirring regularly, until fluffy and mostly cooked.
Slice the English muffins in half and top each side with marinara. Then scoop eggs on top of each half. Add cheese and pepperoni slices.
