Olive oil Unsalted butter Onions Salt Black pepper Garlic paste
Chicken thighs Paprika Garlic powder Chicken broth Heavy cream Mozzarella
In a cast iron skillet, add butter, olive oil, and onions. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes on medium heat until the onions are caramelized then remove and set aside.
Season the chicken thighs then sear for 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Into the same pan, add chicken broth and deglaze the pan. Then stir in cream and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and 165F internally. Let stand before serving.
