INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp butter 3 cups flour 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp apple pie spice 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 1 cup milk 1 cup oil 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 lb apples

STEP 1

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, spices, baking soda, milk, eggs, oil, and vanilla and beat until smooth. Fold in the apples.

STEP 2

Pour into prepared bundt pan and bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes until cooked through. 

STEP 3

Let the cake cool for 15 minutes in pan before turning out on platter to finish cooling complete.

STEP 4

In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tsp vanilla, and pour over the top of cake. Top with chopped pecans.
