Nothing beats a baked potato, but this one is fast and easy and can be filled with all of your favorite toppings!
INGREDIENTS: Potatoes Butter Salt Black pepper TOPPINGS: Bacon Sour cream Chives/Green onions Shredded cheese
Wash your potato and pat dry with a paper towel.
Then use a fork or knife and poke holes into both sides of the potato.
Slice the top off of your baked potato and set aside.
Then cut diagonal slices over the top and put butter into each slice.
Serve this as a meal with toppings, or simple add butter, salt, and black pepper and serve as a side dish to any meal.
