A classic Russian stuffed bread is ready in just under 30-minutes and stuffed with cheese for a tasty snack!

INGREDIENTS: 1 1/4 cup Buttermilk 1 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

In a large bowl, mix together the buttermilk, salt, baking soda, and flour until a dough forms.  Cover and set this aside for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 3 portions then roll them into balls.  Roll out each ball then stuff the center with cheese and fold the sides up crimping to seal the cheese inside.

Heat oil in a skillet and fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the bread is cooked through and golden.  Serve hot for best flavor!
