INGREDIENTS Vegan butter Sugar Almond milk Vanilla extract Flour Cocoa powder Baking powder Salt Dark chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar.
Then whisk in the non-dairy milk and vanilla extract. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients to create a thick batter.
Fold the dark chocolate chips into the batter until just combined.
Then spread the batter into a parchment lined baking dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
