GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN SALAD

WHAT YOU NEED:  Chicken breasts Red onion Bell peppers Garlic Salt & Pepper Chicken broth Milk Heavy cream Parmesan

In a deep sided skillet, heat the oil, then saute the chicken, bell peppers, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until the chicken is cooked through. 

Add in the broth, milk, cream, and pasta, then bring to a boil.  Simmer for 20 minutes, then add in the Parmesan and remove from heat.
