Gluten-Free flour Baking powder Salt Eggs Banana Coconut milk

STEP 1

Whisk together all ingredients until a smooth batter forms.

STEP 2

Heat a griddle to 350F and pour 1/4 cup of the batter in circles on the hot griddle.

STEP 3

When bubbles form, flip the pancakes.  Cook for approximately 2 minutes per side.
