This easy to make cake release  is the perfect way to make sure your cakes slide out of the pan perfectly every time.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:  – 8 ounces of vegetable shortening (225g) – 8 ounces of vegetable oil (250ml) – 6 ounces of all-purpose flour (170g)

In a large bowl, beat together the ingredients until smooth.  Then store in a jar at room temperature for 2 to 3 weeks.

Whether you call it cake goop or cake release doesn't matter - this is the perfect addition to your baking routine!
