A simple 2-ingredient dough creates fast and easy donuts that are ideal for snacking!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED: Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, cinnamon, sugar, egg, and milk
In a medium bowl, combine the flour and yogurt until a sticky dough forms.
Cut this dough into six pieces (or more for smaller donuts).
Roll each piece into a log, then fold them over and twist for the classic twist shape.
Brush the tops with eggwash and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter.
Then roll the donuts into cinnamon sugar before serving.
