Homemade Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Coconut Milk Half and Half Eggs Sugar Cornstarch Coconut extract Coconut flakes Salt Whipping cream Powdered sugar Vanilla extract

STEP 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, half and half, eggs, and cornstarch. 

STEP 2

Micrwaove the mixture on high for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring at 1 minute intervals. Then stir in coconut flakes and coconut extract.

STEP 3

Pour into prepared pie crust and top with whipped cream and coconut flakes.
