INGREDIENTS – Unsalted butter – Frozen corn – Heavy cream – Kosher salt – Balck pepper – Granulated sugar – Nutmeg – Whole milk – All-purpose flour
Pulse frozen corn in food processor for 30-seconds to break up pieces. Melt butter in skillet, then add corn, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cream and stir over medium heat.
Whisk milk and flour together then add to corn in skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until heated through and beginning to thicken. Season more if needed then serve hot!
