Milk Yeast Sugar Flour Egg Salt Butter

STEP 1

Combine yeast, milk, and sugar to bloom.  Add in flour and knead as directed to form dough.

STEP 2

Place ball of dough in clean oiled bowl and let rise for 1 hour.

STEP 3

Punch down the dough and roll into a circle then cut into triangles and roll them wide end to short end as shown.

STEP 4

After letting the rolls rise again, brush with an egg wash and bake as directed.
