Water Yeast Sugar Flour Salt Olive oil Egg Everything seasoning
Combine the water, sugar, and yeast. Once bloomed, combine with flour and knead for 7-10 minutes to form a smooth dough. Place in a bowl to rise.
Punch down dough and divide into 6 balls to rise another 10 minutes. .
Form into bagel shapes and boil for 1 minute per side before transferring to baking sheet. .
Brush with egg wash and top with everything bagel seasoning blend then bake as directed.
