3-Ingredient toffee candy

Decorate for Easter!

1/3 CUP WATER

1 1/4 CUP SUGAR

1 CUP BUTTER

Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium heat in a heavy bottom pan, whisking frequently.

Cook until darkened and the temperature is 285F. 

Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet and let cool for 1 hour.

Break toffee into pieces and decorate with melted chocolate and sprinkles on top if desired!
